About PATH

PATH is on a mission to create a sustainable future by leading the shift away from single-use plastic. As global demand for sustainable and reusable packaging grows, PATH is at the forefront, offering innovative solutions that make a real difference.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager with a strong focus on managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional execution. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end coordination of marketing and brand initiatives—ensuring that every project stays on track, on time, and aligned with PATH’s goals.

Serving as the central point of contact between the marketing team, internal creatives, project managers, and external vendors, this person will keep workstreams moving smoothly, facilitate communication, and remove roadblocks to delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at balancing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Project Management: Own the intake, prioritization, and assignment of creative requests, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of all content.
  • Licensed Product Partner Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for Licensed Products Partners, managing their creative portals including artwork uploads, information sharing, sample submissions, and the approval process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, copywriters, designers, project managers, and other departments to ensure creative supports broader campaign goals.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage external partners (e.g., photographers, videographers, illustrators, production agencies) as needed for specialized content.
  • Budget Oversight: Track and manage creative production budgets, maximizing quality and efficiency.
  • Creative Quality & Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, tone, and creative standards across platforms and channels.
  • Tool & Process Optimization: Maintain visibility and accountability across projects using project management tools to track progress and deadlines.
  • Creative Ideation: Contribute ideas and concepts to campaigns and brand storytelling, helping push creative boundaries while staying true to PATH’s mission.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative project management
  • Proven experience managing creative workflows from intake to final delivery, with a clear understanding of the creative development process
  • Familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, but not required for day-to-day responsibilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities
  • Experience working with external partners or licensees, including managing artwork portals, submission timelines, and approval processes
  • Understanding of brand identity systems and the ability to ensure consistency across all creative touchpoints
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • A passion for sustainability and alignment with PATH’s mission

Why PATH?

  • 401(k) with a 6% employer match
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy
  • 12 company holidays + year-end company shutdown
  • Communications & wellness stipends
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Long-term and short-term disability insurance
  • Life insurance

If you're passionate about sustainability and design, we’d love to hear from you!
