Project Manager (Remote - EMEA)

This is a fully remote opportunity to lead fast-paced, impactful projects in the digital space. As a Project Manager, you'll act as the driving force behind A/B testing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping long-term testing strategies. With access to high-profile clients and global collaboration, you'll play a central role in accelerating performance, innovation, and results. 🔹 Accountabilities:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (researchers, designers, copywriters, developers, QA, analysts, and clients) to execute A/B testing projects efficiently
• Build strategic testing roadmaps (10-20 test plans ahead), aligning client needs with business goals
• Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, providing proactive updates, motivation, and momentum
• Organize and run weekly client meetings, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with client expectations
• Maintain exceptional organizational workflows to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a software or digital agency environment
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills; you thrive on structure and clear processes
• Excellent communication abilities — you proactively engage clients and ensure clarity across all stakeholders
• Strong curiosity about technology, digital performance, and user behavior
• A positive, energetic attitude that rallies teams and keeps momentum high
