Our client is a fast-growing, service-based consultancy located on the Gold Coast, specialising in health and wellness brands within the FMCG space. Job Description

As the National Account Manager, you will:

  • Identify and build retail opportunities across multiple channels.
  • Develop omnichannel strategies and execute brand submissions aligned with category strategies.
  • Manage 10-15 brand partners, ensuring retention and growth through strategic planning and regular communication.
  • Build promotional and co-op plans with brand partners and retailer category managers.
  • Analyse data (IRI, IBIS, Quantium) to inform decisions and support submissions.
  • Engage with buyers, attend trade shows, and represent the business at industry events.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team and report directly to the General Manager.
  • Update monthly budgets and contribute to financial modelling and profitability analysis.

The Successful Applicant

To Thrive In This Role, You Will Bring

  • Experience in a BDM or Account Management role (FMCG experience preferred but not essential).
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Margins and profitability.
  • A hunter mindset with resilience, self-motivation, and a love for fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for health and wellness products and a collaborative team spirit.

  • Base Salary: $100,000 + Super (increasing to $120,000 after 6 months)
  • Bonus: Up to 80% based on brand retention and budget achievement
