Job Description
As the National Account Manager, you will:
- Identify and build retail opportunities across multiple channels.
- Develop omnichannel strategies and execute brand submissions aligned with category strategies.
- Manage 10-15 brand partners, ensuring retention and growth through strategic planning and regular communication.
- Build promotional and co-op plans with brand partners and retailer category managers.
- Analyse data (IRI, IBIS, Quantium) to inform decisions and support submissions.
- Engage with buyers, attend trade shows, and represent the business at industry events.
- Collaborate with the Product Team and report directly to the General Manager.
- Update monthly budgets and contribute to financial modelling and profitability analysis.
To Thrive In This Role, You Will Bring
- Experience in a BDM or Account Management role (FMCG experience preferred but not essential).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Margins and profitability.
- A hunter mindset with resilience, self-motivation, and a love for fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for health and wellness products and a collaborative team spirit.
- Base Salary: $100,000 + Super (increasing to $120,000 after 6 months)
- Bonus: Up to 80% based on brand retention and budget achievement
