Project Coordinator

The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking a Project Coordinator (VPS4) to join their infrastructure and environment advisory team on a contract through to October 2025, with a possibility to extension. You'll assist with project coordination, internal and external communications, and assessments under state and federal environmental frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Advisors with project coordination and administrative tasks
• Assist with stakeholder communications and engagement activities
• Contribute to project assessments under EES and EPBC legislation
• Provide support across reporting, continuous improvement, and process reviews

About You

• Strong project coordination experience, preferably within government or environmental sectors
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and planning processes
• Confident working independently and supporting multiple stakeholders
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in science, planning, or environmental management are desirable
