We are looking for a Data Engineer to develop customer service reporting

Are you interested in combining customer service insight with technical expertise? In this role, you will get to build data-driven solutions that bring together the everyday realities of customer service, voice data analytics, and modern cloud technologies.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

✅ At least 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer

✅ Experience working in customer service – you understand the importance of customer interactions

✅ Experience in developing customer service reporting – you know how to leverage data to improve service

✅ Experience integrating voice data sources – e.g., call recordings, speech recognition data

✅ Microsoft PL-300 certification or equivalent skills (Power BI, data modeling, DAX)

✅ Understanding of cloud-based data storage technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)

✅ Ability to communicate in Finnish and English

Considered a plus:

🔹 Experience in building and orchestrating data pipelines (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow)

🔹 Understanding of data security and privacy in handling customer data

🔹 Experience in utilizing speech recognition or NLP in customer service data

The successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance.
