If you have more of an affinity with SQL than Excel and deal with PDs without panicking... then this is for you 👇

🎯 What you need in your luggage

💼 A mid-senior profile (yes, we know the acronym PD doesn't scare you!)

💡 Solid knowledge of banking data, balance sheet structures (assets & liabilities) and basic accounting principles

📊 Experience in risk analysis and calculating Probability of Default (PD)

🧠 Sharp analytical thinking and a healthy relationship with complicated SQL joins

🧰 Working knowledge of Dataiku (plus)

🧩 Fluency in agile methodologies: user stories, sprints, JIRA - you have to know it's not gym software

🌍 English B2

🧩 Soft skills and leadership:

• Profile with ambition to progress to technical leadership;
• Good communication skills with technical and functional teams;
• Proactivity, critical thinking and autonomy;
• Ideally, some previous experience as a technical referent or technical point of contact (even without formal leadership responsibility).
