Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer – Agentic AI Specialist to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs). Your work will directly contribute to transforming business processes and enabling intelligent automation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions that enable autonomous decision-making and intelligent behavior in business systems.
• LLM Integration: Work extensively with large language models (LLMs) to build robust AI agents and integrate them into production-grade applications.
• Collaborative Design: Partner with the Business AI Transformation Consultant to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI implementations.
• Technology R&D: Stay current with emerging trends and research in Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM-driven architectures to continuously improve solution capabilities.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and secure code, following best practices for testing, versioning, and documentation in enterprise environments.
• System Optimization: Optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and robustness of AI systems using appropriate frameworks, tools, and architectural patterns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for deeper specialization in AI or machine learning.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with specific exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or autonomous AI agents.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Practical experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and frameworks for AI agent development (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles for AI deployments.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of enterprise-grade security and compliance practices for deploying AI systems.
• Prior involvement in AI research or contributions to open-source Agentic AI projects is a plus.
