Responsibilities

• Network Operations & Support:
• Provide L2/L3 support for routers, switches, firewalls, and proxy services
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and availability
• Maintain and upgrade network devices and software
• Support DMZ services, intrusion detection/prevention, and VPNs
• Managed Services Integration:
• Collaborate with ITSM teams to align network operations with incident, problem, and change management workflows
• Participate in CMDB discovery and configuration audits
• Support ServiceNow integrations for network-related modules
• Security & Compliance:
• Implement Zero Trust Network frameworks and security configurations
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific standards
  

Your Profile

• 8–10 years of experience in network engineering and managed services. Strong expertise in Cisco platforms (ASR, ISR, Nexus), Azure networking, and SDN (Cisco ACI)
• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE preferred; familiarity with CISSP or equivalent a plus
• Primary Skill: Cisco ACI (Min 2-3 yrs exp)
• Secondary skill: Cisco ASR/ISR, NX-OS Switches (Min 5-6 yrs)
• Exceptional at multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
