Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

€530 per day 5 days on-site in Brussels

Job Summary

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new applications—often from start to finish—and for improving existing systems. You will also communicate with users and stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding.

Key Responsibilities;

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define application requirements.
• Design and develop web and mobile applications in line with established standards.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, usability, or modernity of existing systems.
• Participate in development and change management planning, considering technical and managerial priorities.
• Define and execute testing procedures across development environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
• Lead the deployment of new and modified applications.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Profile;

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with mobile application development (e.g., React Native).
• Familiarity with the Laravel framework for front- and back-end development (considered a plus).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure requirements when defining technical solutions.
• Skilled in designing and consuming APIs, with knowledge of relevant standards.
• Experience with various NoSQL databases (e.g., document, multimodal, graph, vector databases).
• Strong command of SQL.
• Comfortable working with case management systems and translating business needs into CMS implementations.
• Familiar with the DevOps lifecycle, including defining and placing test procedures within the DevOps track.
• Able to implement compliance- and continuity-oriented solutions (e.g., logging, tracing, compliance by design/default).
• Deep understanding of information security, both in terms of authentication and authorization.
