Etteplan offers a hybrid work model with 2–3 days a week in our Espoo office, depending on the project. You’ll have the chance to work onsite with customers and make a real impact—backed by a strong, supportive team of experts. It's also good to know that we don’t offer relocation support.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable embedded software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the embedded systems domain
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ coding and Python for testing
• Expertise in embedded Linux (Yocto) and/or RTOS (FreeRTOS)
• Hands-on experience with bootloaders, device drivers, and real-time systems development
• A knack for hardware bring-up support and in-depth debugging
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Great communication skills in English and Finnish

• GIT and version control systems.
• QT QML for sleek interfaces.
• Programming in Rust.
