Founding Product Designer

Grands is a tennis platform that helps people find matches and join social tennis events. Whether it’s one-on-one, doubles, or something bigger, Grands makes it easy to discover and play with others nearby.

We’ve built a fully functional product in-house that’s live and running. Over 1,000 players have already joined, and people are playing daily through the platform or at the social tennis events we organise.

We’re not hiring employees. We’re looking for more founding team members. People with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build something meaningful on the side, from wherever they are. This is a long-term project and you’ll get equity from day one.

We’re based across Sydney, Stockholm, and Helsinki. It doesn’t matter where you are, but it helps if you like tennis.

We’re looking for a product designer to take the lead on designing the next version of Grands across mobile and web. You’ll rethink and refine how players discover matches, join events, and interact with others on the platform.

We’re not interested in resumes or previous job titles. What matters is your ability to design clear, intuitive, user-friendly products. You should be comfortable working independently and iterating quickly based on feedback from real players.

This isn’t a full-time job or a freelance gig. It’s a side project that we take seriously and are building for the long run. You can work on your own schedule and from anywhere. If you’re excited by the idea of making tennis more social and accessible, we’d love to hear from you.
