Reporting directly to our CTO, your main mission is to create the best robotics solution for the warehouses in the World.

Your Challenges To Achieve

• Develop and maintain a clear technological vision aligned with the company's goal.
• Oversee the design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, traffic management and embedded software systems
• Improve the quality of our products and services
• Define the technological roadmap of the robotics solutions for Exotec
• Ensure integration of new technologies into existing products
• Ensure coordination of Architect resources and practices in the Company
• Establish and maintain the right external technical collaborations
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within technical teams
• Support managers in developing technical teams

Mechanics, Electronics, Robotics software, machine learning for vision, and Traffic management software

Technical Environment

• Programming language : C, C++
• OS : Linux and realtime distribution like Yocto linux and its embedded board integration
• Network : Ethernet, Wi-Fi , CAN (CAN Open)
• Electrical : Motor control, Optical for image sensor, BMS
• Location algorithm : SLAM, Kalman filter
• Fleet management algorithm : Multi-Agent Pathfinding
• IA/Machine learning : python, image processing, vision

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in robotics or a related field, with a strong background in mechatronics
• Extensive experience with embedded software development and integration
• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with cross-functional technical teams
• Experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical talent
• Experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps
• Proven ability to anticipate and adapt to technological shifts and market changes
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in fostering collaboration across diverse teams
• Excellent communication, engage, and inspire
• English & French, both written and verbal
