Working on-site in Singapore or remotely they need a capable and experienced recruiter to help grow their team. You will work to develop with them to develop their recruitment strategies and evaluate talent needs. As a key member of the team you will contribute ideas and solutions to source in this skills short sector.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with hiring managers and owning all aspects of recruiting process
• Ability to develop a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Maintain a high level of industry awareness, understanding the start-up and cryptocurrency sector
• Ability to learn on the fly and develop a deep industry knowledge
• Experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
• Experience sourcing from a world-wide pool of talent in hard to source skills
• Track record of hiring elite talent
• Experience in a start-up fast growth technology business
• Capability to implement innovative attraction strategies
• Highly motivated and organised able to demonstrate initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to negotiate remuneration
• Proficiency using multiple sourcing channels and recruitment databases
• Experience with Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technologies would be an advantage

Remuneration And Benefits
