Network Engineer

Seeking a skilled 5G RAN Engineer to support deployment, integration, and optimization of 5G networks. You’ll work with major vendors (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson) and help ensure high performance across radio networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure 5G RAN nodes (NSA/SA)
• Optimize RAN KPIs (e.g., SINR, RSRP, throughput)
• Troubleshoot RF issues and perform drive tests
• Support software upgrades and network expansions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstratable experience in RAN engineering (5G and/or LTE).
• Hands-on experience with RAN vendors.
• Solid understanding of 5G NR architecture, protocols, and KPIs (e.g., SINR, RSRP, RSRQ).
• Proficiency with RAN tools such as TEMS, Actix, Atoll, NetAct, ENM, or iManager.
• Experience with 5G Standalone (SA) and Non-Standalone (NSA) modes.
• Working knowledge of Layer 1-3, call flow analysis, and network signaling.
• Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash) or automation tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
