Full Stack Engineer

With a robust core product already live, the company is now focused on scaling, enhancing features, and optimising performance - and they’re looking for a talented engineer to help drive that growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll help improve the platform’s architecture, security, and usability. You’ll have a real opportunity to shape the product - both in how it works and how it feels to use.

You’ll focus on:

• Refactoring and optimising existing code
• Writing unit tests and contributing to automation test coverage
• Implementing frontend validation and logic
• Improving user feedback and error messaging
• Making targeted UX enhancements to improve platform stability and responsiveness
• Collaborating on interactive data visualisation features that feed user input into backend calculations or BI tools

KEY CRITERIA

Cloud Engineering

• We are looking for someone with experience in optimising and securing cloud environments - not just deployment, but also understanding how to troubleshoot when things go wrong and knowing the appropriate steps to take.
• Azure experience is a plus, but AWS or GCP backgrounds are also welcome

Frontend Development

• Strong understanding of frontend validation and automated testing
• Experience with interactive graphing or data visualisation tools
• Comfortable contributing to UX/UI improvements

Cybersecurity Awareness

• Knowledge of secure coding standards and modern application security practices
• Experience addressing vulnerabilities and building with security in mind

Tech Snapshot

• Core Language: Python (API and web app development)
• Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS/GCP also considered
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, cloud security
• Data & APIs: SQL, SQLAlchemy, RESTful API design
• Frontend: Involvement in UX/UI, especially data visualisation and BI features
• Experience: 4–6 years in full-stack development, ideally with strong backend skills and an interest in improving frontend user experience

Bonus: Experience in finance, fintech, mathematics, or statistical domains
