They are currently looking for an experienced HR Service Centre Associate, to join their fast moving HR team for a 8 month contract duration.

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to employees, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth operations within the HR Service Centre. You’ll be an integral part of a team dedicated to improving HR services and enhancing employee experience.

The Day-to-Day Life:

• Respond to questions on HR administrative procedures and practices across various communication channels
• Log, track, and follow up on employee requests and inquiries in our HR systems
• Guide employees on HR services and promote the use of self-service tools like the HR Portal
• Research and resolve inquiries efficiently, prioritizing urgent matters
• Proactively resolve the root cause of employee concerns and provide accurate solutions
• Test and validate responses for an HR Virtual Agent (Chatbot), ensuring accuracy
• Maintain compliance with HR service processes and ensure SLAs are met
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes
• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with policies and best practices
