PHP BACKEND DEVELOPER

DESCRIPTION:

AGCSOFT is looking for a Software Developer to design and implement web applications. You will collaborate with other developers and the product manager throughout the software development lifecycle. We’re looking for a team player with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Monthly gross salary range 2000 EUR to 5000 EUR.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role;
• Strong understanding of PHP 7+;
• GIT Experience;
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming within a modern MVC framework (Symfony/Phalcon);
• Understanding modern coding practices like Traits, Method inclusion, Interfaces, Namespacing very helpful;
• Experience working with JavaScript/CSS, SOAP, RESTful APIs;
• SQL knowledge (MySQL/MariaDb);
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies;
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude;
• Attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review system specifications;
• Evaluate product code according to specifications;
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts;
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications;
• Integrate software components and third-party programs;
• Verify and deploy programs and systems;
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software;
• Recommend and execute improvements;
• Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues;
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry.
