What you'll do:

Join our rapidly growing team of event management experts! We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive and coordinate one of our key conference pillars — the Side Events Program.

The Side Events Program is a curated set of initiatives designed to foster high-value connections between attendees and relevant exhibitors, solution providers, or partners through pre-scheduled meetings, thematic sessions, and exclusive networking formats. These activities add tangible value to our events by driving meaningful business outcomes and maximizing ROI for participants. As the product manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping these experiences and ensuring their success.

In this role, you'll lead the project from concept to execution: designing the structure, launching it as a standout product, and ensuring its long-term success. You'll manage logistics, engage strategic partners, and craft impactful experiences for participants. Using project management tools and industry insights, you'll drive innovation, attract high-value stakeholders, and help grow our event portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Head of Business Development on delegated strategic and operational tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to attract and onboard partners.
• Initiate and manage relationships with potential partners, understand their goals, and offer tailored participation opportunities.
• Coordinate and support on-site event execution.
• Work with internal teams to continuously improve and scale the program.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and impact.
• Contribute fresh ideas to shape engaging, memorable event experiences.

Requirements:

• 2+ year experience in product management or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• Effective organisation and time management skills.
• Experience in event organisation or the tech industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
