About The Job

• CMLS (Cash Management and Liquidity Solutions) is establishing a new Product Manager Specialist role in Lisbon to reinforce BNP Paribas Securities Services’ Cash Management and Liquidity offering
• As part of this initiative, Cash Product Managers are being recruited to build a best-in-class product franchise, focused on innovation, operational excellence, and risk-controlled delivery
• Scope of Products Includes:
• My Treasury, Client Cash Forecast, Intraday Liquidity
• Payments, Cash Pooling (Physical & Notional), Reinvestment Solutions
• Currency Offer, CLS, Cash Reporting, 3rd Party Term Deposits
• Client Interfaces (API, NeoLink, etc.)
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Product Strategy & Development: Define product vision, align with client strategies, build business cases, and ensure compliance and quality
• Innovation: Lead digital initiatives, leverage group-wide innovations and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain)
• Integration & Communication: Embed products into the 2S offering, support marketing and sales enablement, and coordinate onboarding and billing with Ops
• Post-Sales & Performance Monitoring: Oversee implementation, issue client updates, track product income, and ensure service quality
• Transformation Projects: Contribute to and lead transformation initiatives within the product scope
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• From 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Organisational skills
• Ability to manage a project
• Knowledge of Operations and Processes – Middle Office Operations
• Analytical ability (namely in Excel)
