Our Sales Spoke team is driven by a data-first culture, leveraging both advanced analytics and AI to empower our team and customers to create additional value. We enable our business units to explore their untapped data & analytics potential and provide our customers with value-adding advanced analytics solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage data for impactful business solutions.
- Extracting and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and enhance product development.
- Designing and implement custom data models and algorithms tailored to various data sets.
- Applying predictive modeling to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
- Building processes and tools to monitor model performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Academic background in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and insight generation.
- Experience designing and working with data architectures.
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
- Strong grasp of advanced statistical methods, including regression, statistical distributions and testing.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Great English skills, both written and spoken.
