Role Description:
As a HR Change Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful change management in the HR system implementation. You will ensure that changes in the HXM program are addressed properly, service delivery remains uninterrupted, and both employees and HR personnel are aware of their new roles. You will focus on maximising acceptance and adoption of new HR solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives.
- As part of a change team, develop and execute plans for the successful implementation of HR system projects.
- Ensure smooth transition to the new HXM program without disrupting service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to clarify new roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate training and engagement programs to enhance employee acceptance and adoption of new HR solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives as part of the program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HR transformation and change management.
- Strong background in HR system implementation and project management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
