As a fast-moving startup, we’re constantly evolving—and so will your role. You’ll own core responsibilities from day one, and as we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to shape new initiatives.


The role


We’re seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our events and services. You’ll proactively manage relationships, address client needs, gather feedback, and collaborate across teams to drive engagement, retention, and overall client satisfaction.


The ideal candidate is passionate about Crypto/AI/Fintech, ambitious, and excels at building client relationships to deliver great service.


Key responsibilities:


  • Own and execute strategies that ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize account value
  • Strategize creative ways to support and engage clients throughout their journey with us
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Analyze client feedback, usage data, and account performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain and manage your CRM pipeline, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Contribute proactively with ideas and initiatives that drive business growth


Requirements:


  • BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years experience in a sales, account management or client success role
  • Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets
  • Must be creative, adept at problem-solving, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced English speaking abilities
  • Passion for blockchain, technology, sales, entrepreneurship or finance
