Audit Data Analytics Assistant Manager/Manager

Job Description

Are you interested in working with financial data and analytics? Due to the growth of our Audit practice, we are now looking for an Assistant Manager or Manager to join our Audit & Assurance Analytics & Automation team. You will be working on the analytics for the external audits of our key clients, performing data analytics using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Deloitte proprietary software. In your daily work you will work with audit teams to analyze and interpret data and draw insights for the audit of financial statements.

Qualifications

Are you an effective communicator, would like to deepen your analytical skills in data analytics and develop our analytical capabilities? Would you like to work in a fast-paced, international team environment? Then you’d probably fit well in our team! To succeed in this role, we also wish you have:

• A degree in a relevant field (for example in technology, finance, computer science, mathematics, or accounting).
• Work experience of 3-5 years in data analytics or a related field.
• Great analytical, problem solving and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in querying databases.
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., SQL or Python).
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience with Alteryx is an advantage.
• A strong working knowledge of Excel (including formulae such as SUMIF and XLOOKUP).
• A general understanding of financial statements and annual reports.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. Finnish is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A willingness to constantly learn and develop your skills.
