Job Description

Role:

Develop scalable, secure backend applications hosted in on-premises or Azure containerized environments, integrating APIs and databases at one of the most innovative tech companies in Poland.

Project Context & Tasks:


  • Build APIs that integrate with Oracle, Cosmos DB, or SQL Server databases.



  • Develop microservices-based backends deployed in Docker/Tanzu containers on Azure.



  • Support integration of AI features into existing systems.





Responsibilities:


  • Develop backends in Java with Spring Boot.



  • Create APIs documented with Swagger and tested with Postman.



  • Use Jira and Confluence for agile task management.



  • Deploy services on Docker/Tanzu containers and monitor performance.





Qualifications

Requirements:


  • High level of English and Polish are a must



  • 3+ years of Java development with Spring Boot, microservices, SOAP/REST, and SQL.



  • Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Tanzu), Microsoft Azure, and messaging technologies (JMS, Apache Kafka).



  • Proficiency with agile tools Jira and Confluence.
