ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading Global Fintech, is seeking an experienced and motivated Front-End Developer to join their newly established IT Hub in Warsaw, Poland, created as part of the company’s strategic expansion.

Front-End Developer - (Ref. code: 5951/FED/ESS/POL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build and enhance user interface components that are scalable, well-structured, and performance-optimized.
• Execute thorough testing procedures to ensure a clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Maintain and improve existing front-end applications in alignment with project goals.
• Work collaboratively with software engineers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Follow established front-end architecture standards and contribute to their evolution.
• Partner closely with UI/UX designers and product owners to ensure design feasibility and user-friendly implementation.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong command of JavaScript fundamentals and understanding of how the DOM works.
• Hands-on experience with modern CSS methodologies (e.g., SASS) and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Solid experience working with React.js, along with a good grasp of its core features and ecosystem.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or similar libraries.
• Experience in integrating front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of modern authentication patterns (e.g., JWT) and best practices in security.
• Proficient in debugging tools, browser compatibility checks, and performance optimization.
• Ability to interpret business and product requirements into high-quality front-end deliverables.
• Familiar with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Prior exposure to Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Previous experience in the financial services or trading industry would be a plus.
