Lead Developer

Do you have extensive development experience with .NET and React? Do you want to join a team where we already have a strong presence and help our client with engineering capabilities?

If so, we are looking for someone just like you to join us in Vienna or Munich. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities


  • Design, implement and document new and existing software functionalities in a technical environment using the .NET Framework
  • Build and maintain reusable cross-platform components and front-end libraries that enhance the efficiency and consistency of our development process
  • Write robust and resilient code that undergoes rigorous testing (unit, integration and end-to-end tests), ensuring high code quality and reliability in production
  • Improvement and expansion of the modular platforms in our projects and developing new products building upon them
  • Perform software development tasks as per specifications
  • Drafts solutions for highly complex software tasks
  • Actively participate in a self-organizing and cross-functional Agile team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily stand-ups
  • Contribute to the team's technical direction, providing valuable insights and suggestions for the improvement of tools, processes and overall development workflows


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET
  • Good knowledge of Azure Cloud
  • Advanced React front-end development experience
  • Knowledge of setting up CI/CD solutions with Azure DevOps
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • Technical communication skill, ready to take initiative on technical topics, manage tasks independently
  • Fluent English skill is a must, German language skill is a significant advantage
