Information about the position

As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting solutions that meet our users' needs. In this position you will work closely with a group of Product Designers focused on evolving the Vinted experience and partner up with cross-functional peers, including Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers.

You will be working within our Seller domain on a mission to "Empower every Seller to succeed by providing best in class tools, services and experience". You will have an opportunity to work with C2C and B2C sellers, understand their needs and design the best experience that would eliminate friction, increase satisfaction and make sure that sellers choose Vinted as their go to place for selling.

In this position, you’ll

• Join a cross-functional team to define problems and goals, map flows, prototype interactions, and support the development process.
• Take charge of design planning and execution for the initiatives owned by your cross-functional team.
• Advocate for users by engaging regularly with Vinted members to validate design ideas and build a 360 view of the problem.
• Independently own initiatives and problem spaces, identifying gaps and opportunities for future work.
• Contributing to the evolution of our design system.
• Operate with a sense of urgency and high ownership, consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-functional partners.
• Be part of a marketplace domain and report to the Seller Product Design Director.
  
  

About You

• Strong experience designing and shipping web products and mobile native apps.
• Good understanding of the design process, discovery and delivery.
• Designing with qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Solid Interaction design, visual design and evaluative user research skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English.
• A strong collaborator with cross-functional peers.

Individual Learning Budget

Vinted will set aside a yearly sum equal to 10-13.2% of your annual salary to be invested in your continuous professional development. You’ll be able to take the initiative to use it for covering relevant learning activities that benefit your role.

Hybrid Work

We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.
