MARS is looking for a talented and ambitious UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of neobank sector in Turkey.

Experiences

• Bacherlor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a relatd field.
• 2+ years of experience in Mobile App & web UX/UI design.
• Hands-on experience in Mobile App design workflows and production.
• Advanced proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design and Mobile First principles.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating UI design capabilities.
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or equivalent platforms.
• Strong communicatioan skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Experience in the fintech or banking sector is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Ensure that mobile and web UX/UI designs comply with brand guidelines and represent the brand consistently across platforms.
• Build, document, and maintain the corporate design system.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design outplus are implemented accuratrly and effectively.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and guide design decisions accordingly.
• Communicate effectively within cross-functional teams woeking eith agile methodologies.
• Actively follow developments in mobile technology and the design world.
