Product Manager

Overview: The Product Manager will drive strategic planning, product portfolio management, and marketing, working closely with regional sales teams

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term product strategies, roadmaps, and growth plans.
• Generate new product ideas based on customer and sales feedback.
• Manage product lifecycle, define requirements, and set pricing.
• Analyze market trends, profitability, and competitor pricing.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and trade shows.
• Provide sales forecasts, support customers, and conduct product training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, process, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
• Several years in product management, business development, or technical sales.
• Strong sales and marketing orientation with a keen understanding of market and customer needs.
