My client are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead their sales team in Dubai, spearhead strategic initiatives, and ensure the team consistently exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive sales plans for the UAE and global markets, focusing on revenue targets, profitability, and market share expansion.
• Global Market Expansion: Identify and assess new international markets and craft entry strategies with risk mitigation measures.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team. Set KPIs, monitor monthly performance, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and development teams to align goals and execute strategies seamlessly.
• Sales Reporting: Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership, including analysis of key metrics and recommendations for growth.
• Broker Network Development: Build and manage a global network of brokers and agents, providing strategic support and resources to drive sales.
• Post-Sales & Client Experience: Oversee post-sales activities and customer satisfaction (CSAT), ensuring exceptional event and client experiences.
