We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Core Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, distributed systems, and integration with external platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in modern web technologies and a solid understanding of Point of Sale (POS) and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using .NET Core and C#
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI standards
- Build modern web UIs using ASP.NET Core Razor Pages (Metronic experience is a plus)
- Integrate with external platforms such as POS systems, ticketing platforms, and e-commerce solutions
- Handle real-time communications using SignalR
- Design distributed systems ensuring data consistency and scalability
- Work on data synchronization strategies across systems
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Deploy applications to Azure cloud and manage CI/CD pipelines
Technical Skills:
Backend Development:
- .NET Core (latest versions)
- C# (advanced proficiency)
- ASP.NET Core Razor Pages
- SignalR
- RESTful APIs & Swagger/OpenAPI
- Distributed Systems Design
- Data Synchronization Strategies
- SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Entity Framework Core (migrations, modeling, performance)
Frontend Development:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (for legacy support)
- Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks
DevOps & Version Control:
- Git, GitHub
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines
Testing & Quality:
- Unit & Integration Testing (xUnit, MSTest, etc.)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Cloud Platforms:
- Azure (preferred for deployment and hosting)
Development Methodologies:
- Agile/Scrum: sprint-based development, user stories, and code reviews
Domain Experience (Preferred):
- Point of Sale (POS) Systems
- Ticketing Systems (online sales, slot selection, inventory, payment gateway integration)
