We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to support core HR functions in a fast-paced, highly regulated energy environment. This remote role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with federal regulations, supporting talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes
- Administer HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal labor regulations
- Assist with benefits administration and employee relations issues
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance company culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in energy, engineering, or government-regulated industries
- Working knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms and remote communication tools
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
