UX/UI Designer

We're seeking a creative UX/UI Designer with excellent English skills to join our Digital Marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for design. As a UX/UI designer, you will create designs for our websites to optimize user journeys and conversion rates, learn in-depth about our products and services, collaborate with various teams, and generate new ideas for designs.

Responsibilities:

• Apply a user-centered design approach to create interfaces that are both intuitive and accessible
• Research users, competitors, and design trends to identify and solve UX challenges effectively
• Design and refine wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mock-ups, ensuring they meet our business goals
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and digital team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions
• Work closely with our team to create infographics, visuals for paid advertisement and email marketing
• Be proactive, always look for new ways to improve our visuals, and follow the latest trends in web content

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Expertise in design software like Figma, Miro, and Adobe, enabling you to create visually compelling and refined designs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, essential for working efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A deep passion for user-focused design, with a solid knowledge of user behavior
• Excellent time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines with high-quality work

Monthly Salary:

• 2200 – 3600 eur gross monthly (depending on your experience and expertise).
