About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our dynamic team supporting a high-impact digital transformation project in the investment services domain.

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust microservices using .NET Core, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, microservices-based applications using .NET Core.
Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests (TDD approach).
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and uphold best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently.
Stay current with modern backend development trends and technologies.
Contribute to architectural discussions and development strategies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem.
Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core.
Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and API security best practices.
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
