about the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who's driven by structure, clarity, and user-centric thinking. You'll work across the full design process. From uncovering insights to building and refining interfaces. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create digital experiences that are not only functional, but genuinely enjoyable to use.

skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years in UI/UX or digital product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates depth in both visuals and user experience

• Strong skills in Figma and familiarity with design systems, prototyping, and responsive design

• Clear understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and mobile/web interaction patterns

• Ability to translate research insights into scalable, intuitive user flows and interfaces

• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

• Bonus: experience in usability testing, motion/interaction design, or A/B testing
