Python AI Engineer

Project Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Agentic Developer proficient in Python and Java in implementing solutions within financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the LangGraph framework and a strong banking implementation experience .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions using Python, and the LangGraph framework to enhance Client Services Activities applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and validate AI models tailored to client service enhancements.
• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that support business and client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all AI implementations.
• Optimize existing systems and processes for efficiency and performance, focusing on client service delivery.
• Document and maintain codebase and technical processes.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of working experience
• Proven experience in software development with Python and Java, specifically within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of the LangGraph framework and its application in AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms and services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Knowledge of financial products and services, especially in the context of client services.
• Ability to work independently.
