Cyber Security Operations Specialist

Job scopes

• Assist in maintaining and tracking all information security - related documentations.
• Involve in all forms of security review, incidents, fault determination, resolution and overseeing security patch implementation.
• Work closely with ITSM/ITSO in formulating, maintaining the overall security framework
• Monitor consolidated security/privacy issues, risks and incidents status
• Review / Investigate security events in SIEM
• Produce and maintain security incident reports
• Management (Configuration, Change, fine tuning) of Database access monitoring (Imperva DAM)
• Management of Vulnerability scanner (Tenable, Qualys etc.)
• Identify and resolve installation issues and coordinate with customers and vendors

Job requirement

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines or possess relevant equivalent experience in Cybersecurity.
• The team is in charge for day to day IT Security operations
• Have an overview of Security implementation & maintenance at infrastructure level.
• Knowledge of Network Security - Firewall, IDS, IPS is a plus
• Expertise in more than one Cybersecurity solution - TrendMicro Deep Security/Imperva Secure Sphere/CarbonBlack/Fortinet/Akamai/Tenable.
• Hands on experience on any of the SIEM Solution (ArcSight or QRadar or Splunk)
• Hands on experience in Vulnerability management process and tools
• Previous exposure in SOC (24X7) is a plus
• Familiar with Service management and operations
• Experience to have work with various teams and stakeholders in the customer environment
• End point security (Carbon black, Trend Micro etc.) management, configuration, change, troubleshooting and tuning of policy
• Experienced in Security Threat Research; analyze and corelate security information
• Familiar with Service management and operations
• Good communication skill with capability to regularly engage with Infrastructure and application teams
• Standby support after office hours and during weekend/PH.
