UX/UI Designer (Junior/Mid)

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll:

Research user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, observation, and data analysis.
Conduct tests to validate designs, iterating based on feedback.
Apply design principles and tools to create visually appealing, intuitive interfaces.
Collaborate with PO and Marketing on A/B testing hypotheses and design creation
Work with the Development team to assess design technical feasibility.
Present design solutions to key stakeholders
Create interactive prototypes.
Maintain and improve the existing design system
Advocate for UX best practices.

We expect:

Figma design tool proficiency and AI design tool exposure.
Visual and interaction design skills.
Good knowledge of UI design patterns and UX laws.
Understanding of A/B testing
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive designs across different devices.
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research
Nice to have experience or familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Empathy and user-centric thinking
Proactivity in proposing UX enhancements and a can-do attitude.
Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams

Salary range

Gross salary in a range: 1500-2450€ / month (depends on your experience).
