Duties & Responsibilities

This Role Will Require The Successful Candidate To:

Front-end development

In This Role, You Will Be At The Forefront Of Designing And Implementing Intuitive, Responsive, And Visually Appealing User Interfaces. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

• Crafting clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience.
• Developing features that enhance the overall user experience, focusing on usability, accessibility, and performance. You will employ best practices to create interfaces that are not only beautiful but also intuitive and efficient for end-users.
• Ensuring that our applications are fully responsive and deliver a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Understand and look to help develop the software journey.
• Review how we architect a solution for different requirements within a single platform.
  
  

Back-end Development

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, Your Role In Back-end Development Will Be Critical In Ensuring The Robustness, Efficiency, And Scalability Of Our Applications. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and implementing the core logic that drives our applications. This includes developing APIs, services, and microservices that handle data processing, business logic, and integration with third-party services.
• Manage the strategy for integration of applications within various internal and external systems.
• Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of server environments to ensure they run smoothly and securely.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable databases.
• Implementing robust security measures to protect data and applications from threats.
  
  

Product Strategy Alignment:

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, aligning with the product strategy is essential to ensure that our technological solutions meet both business objectives and customer needs. Your responsibilities in this area will include:

• Engaging with internal Techary teams and customers to gather comprehensive requirements. This involves conducting meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Contributing to the development of the product vision and roadmap by providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
• Serving as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  
  

DevOps:

In the role of Lead Full Stack Developer, you will also take on crucial DevOps responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment, monitoring, and scaling of our applications. Your key responsibilities in this area will include:

• Implementing comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to track the performance and health of applications.
• Ensuring that automated tests are an integral part of the CI/CD pipeline. This includes setting up and maintaining automated unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to guarantee the quality and reliability of deployments.
• Implementing robust disaster recovery plans and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.

• 6+ years' experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
