Applied AI Engineer

We are seeking our first AI Engineer to join the Arc Engineering team. You will work directly alongside the founding team to help Arc reinvent startup financing through technology. Open on leveling.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Drive AI projects end to end working in a cross functional setting.
• Be a thought leader in the company in latest developments in the AI field, including following industry trends and latest papers.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, product and design to continuously evolve and improve AI powered products.
  
  

🌟 What You Bring

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
• 2+ years of industry experience in AI with demonstrated results.
• Experience building Generative AI applications, specifically Agentic flows, RAG, or any state of the art methods in leveraging language models.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI applications that leverage foundational models.
• Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering.
• Ability to drive 0-1 / MVP projects, rapid prototyping.
