Lead Product UX/UI Designer

Join us! We are building the biggest community with a focus on real-time interaction and location sharing. Our fast-growing team needs a Lead Product Designer to play a key role in creating a compelling and user-friendly interface for users around the world.

What you will be doing:

  • Run the entire ui/ux system
  • Manage a design team
  • Work on improving the design of the mobile app and web version
  • Test the product, analyze the market and research competitors
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team (sales, engineers, product managers, etc.)
  • Communicate a lot with users and get feedback directly
  • Working on UX parts as well as UI


Requirements

  • Experience in mobile app design
  • 5+ years commercial experience
  • 3+ years in management design teams
  • Experience in projects focused on B2C market (US, Europe markets are an advantage)
  • English level from C1 and above
  • Willingness to work in an active fast-paced product development environment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation
