We are looking for a skilled Staff Product Designer to lead and execute all user experience and design-related initiatives within our Customer Subscription & Loyalty group. You’ll lead our new Bolt Plus programme, driving its growth and scaling it across all the markets where Bolt is present. You’ll focus on innovative ways to engage customers with Bolt’s services across all business verticals.

About The Role
As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll co-lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Bolt’s customer subscription and loyalty programmes, including scaling our new product, Bolt Plus. You’ll own the full design process—from discovery to global launch—shaping both short- and long-term roadmaps aligned with company goals and cross-functional stakeholders across Rides, Rentals, and Delivery. Beyond execution, you’ll help drive growth strategy across all Bolt verticals and play a key role in evolving ways of working within our global design function.
Your ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships, challenge existing solutions and drive the improvement of customer experience across the group will be essential to your success in this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Advocating for the user, conducting usability tests, and ensuring design decisions are based on user research and feedback.
- Collaborating with User Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and limitations.
- Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability.
- Managing design projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines while effectively balancing multiple tasks.
- Contributing to or developing design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products.
- Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- You have experience as a Staff Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and a proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users.
- You have experience designing for growth, incentives, or subscription-based products, with a strong understanding of how to balance user needs and business impact.
- You have an excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms, including user interface and user experience design.
- You're highly proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to your work.
- You communicate fluently in English and excel at collaborating across teams, influencing stakeholders.
