A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Microsoft Technician would be:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and management of the MS Dynamics application.
• Provide technical knowledge for the successful operation of the MS Dynamics CRM application.
• Lead design of technical solution components for MS Dynamics CRM.
• Oversee and assure solutions delivered by IT partners, validating business specifications.
• Conduct IT Impact assessments concerning MS Dynamics changes.
• Analyze, design, code, test, and document enhancements and modifications.
• Diagnose application errors and incidents; troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Schedule and test upgrades to MS Dynamics.
• Plan and implement system tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Create and maintain relevant system documentation.
• Interact with stakeholders to provide technical insights about the MS Dynamics Application.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering advice and guidance as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in full lifecycle MS Dynamics Applications implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM.
• In-depth understanding of MS Dynamics and the Microsoft stack.
• Proven experience in vendor-management and workload prioritization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with upgrades and implementations of MS Dynamics.
• Expertise in detailed requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to translate detailed analyses into comprehensive documentation.
• Experience in testing, writing, and executing application test scripts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
