In this role, you’ll uncover critical insights, lead cross-functional initiatives, and shape scalable solutions to complex abuse and risk challenges. You’ll operate at the intersection of data science, strategy, and operations, helping guide key business decisions with clarity and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions
• Translate complex business questions into structured analyses, models, and metrics
• Identify opportunities for operational and process improvement at scale
• Lead and execute high-impact, data-driven projects that mitigate abuse and drive platform trust
• Collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Develop and manage project plans, tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Leverage automation and machine learning to streamline operations and improve outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in data analytics, modeling, and statistical analysis
• Experience applying machine learning to real-world problems
• Proven ability to improve operations and workflows using data and automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, analytical mindset
• Experience in project management, including planning and execution
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, and dashboarding platforms
• Interest or experience in trust & safety, risk mitigation, or policy-driven domains
