Back-end Developer-STAGE

TXT E-TECH, a TXT Group company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Software Developer to join our innovative team. We are looking for a person who is interested in back-end development, constantly seeking new challenges and has a passion for developing high-quality software solutions.

The ideal resource is proactive in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront.

Main responsabilities:

• Designing, developing and maintaining code, in terms of efficiency, reliability and scalability;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and deploy new functionality;
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs and devise solutions to resolve these issues;
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to a high standard of code quality.
  
  
  

Required skills:

• Proven experience in a backend-oriented language, preferably C++;
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles;
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively;
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design patterns.
  
  
  

They constitute a PLUS:

• Familiarity with software development tools and environments such as Visual Studio, Eclipse or similar;
• Knowledge of network programming, multithreading and performance optimisation;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
  
  

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Strong communication skills, aptitude for teamworking, problem solving and sharing knowledge and skills with the team complete the profile.
