.NET Support Engineer

Technology stack:

Modern: .NET 8+, Azure Services (App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Redis), Blazor, React, YAML pipelines
Legacy: .NET Framework 4.6+, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, SQL Server, Elastic Search, on-prem hosting

In this role you will:

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across modern and legacy .NET applications;
Take ownership of ticket prioritization, resolution, and escalation;
Handle various support tasks;
Work closely with customers to clarify, estimate, and solve technical problems;
Collaborate with our engineers in Denmark when needed.

What we do expect:

At least 3 years of experience with .NET/C# development or application support;
Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
Experience in application troubleshooting and support;
Familiarity with both Azure and on-premise environments;
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken);
A proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset.
