Role Overview

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance framework to ensure the successful launch and operation of a casino in the U.S. You will review and adapt existing documents, define transaction limits, propose alerts, and identify business risks to maintain compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review current compliance documentation and adapt it for operational use.
• Propose and prepare additional compliance documents required for product launch.
• Develop a complete compliance framework tailored to U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Define transaction limits and restrictions to ensure financial security.
• Suggest alerts and monitoring rules to manage compliance risk dynamically.
• Identify and document potential business risks due to non-compliance.

Requirements

• Experience working in compliance for online gaming, fintech, or sweepstakes businesses.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory standards relevant for gaming.
• Understanding of crypto transactions and related compliance considerations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
