Product Manager I, Content Publishing, YouTube Studio

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and UX, and an understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on the technical architecture of products.
• Experience delivering products through cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience crafting coherent product goals, multi-quarter strategies, and roadmaps that align teams and business purposes.
• Familiarity with the creator space, either as a creator or through active interest.

YouTube Studio is looking for a design-oriented Product Manager with a sturdy execution to join our dynamic and changing team based in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., Engineers, Product Group Managers, User Experience) during product design and development to implement the requirements.
• Define product roadmaps by operationalizing defined strategy.
• Articulate defined product goals in a way that captures attention and compels others to drive action despite obstacles and performing priorities.
• Facilitate launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
