People Analytics - Subject Matter Expert

🚀 People Analytics - Subject Matter Expert | 6-month Contract | Romania

This is a 3 to 6-month contract role based in Romania (Ideally Bucharest) with a hybrid working model.

Working with a global talent acquisition team, business leaders, other SMEs and People colleagues to deliver analytics solutions that help the business to make fact-based decisions, mitigate risks and ensure that data and measurable impact is at the core of our People and TA function.

What You’ll Do:

• Build dashboards and reports via BI tools to track, manage, and provide insights on KPIs.
• Prototype analytics solutions using agile ways of working and the latest and or best-fit technologies.
• Create ways of communicating and visualising analytical insights, improve the user experience and present outcomes in an engaging way.
• Use project management skills to lead or influence projects and drive completion.
• Drive improvements and documentation of key performance indicators and improve the performance of data & analytics solutions

What You’ll Bring:

• In-depth knowledge of Power BI: Experience in data wrangling, visualisation and reporting in a Enterprise environment (using a deployment pipeline and row-level security)
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and interest in people data and how it can be applied to tackle business challenges and improve People processes
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and able to express your own thinking clearly.
• Good collaboration skills and stakeholder management.
• Basic knowledge of statistics is a plus
• Experience working in an agile (Scrum) team is a plus
• Experience of talent acquistion and how a candidate workflow operates is a plus
