ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading Global Fintech, is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Designer to join their newly established IT Hub in Warsaw, Poland, created as part of the company’s strategic expansion.


Product Designer - (Ref. code: 5954/PD/ESS/POL)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to continuously improve and refine design outcomes post-launch.
  • Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale through presentations and documentation.
  • Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing quality with tight deadlines



Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Design, UX/UI, HCI, or a related discipline (other relevant backgrounds will also be considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in product or UX/UI design.
  • Proven track record in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that drive results.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, or similar.
  • Experience with creating personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, handle feedback constructively, and work independently when needed.
